Carrie is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Gresham & SERVPRO of Oregon City/Sandy. Carrie has been a valued employee since 2000 when she joined her mother Ellen and stepfather Dennis in the business full-time. Carrie brings many years of experience to SERVPRO of Gresham & SERVPRO of Oregon City/Sandy along with the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification: 

  • WRT- Water Damage Restoration
  • SRT- Fire and Smoke Restoration

Carrie loves serving her community and the greater metro area as well. When not at work Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, taking in Blazer games and exploring the PNW.

Madelyn Mesford is our Office Manager and is likely to be one of the first people you speak with when you call into our office. Madelyn has been working full time with SERVPRO of Gresham & SERVPRO of Oregon City/Sandy since August 2018 but has been involved for all of her life as it is a family business.
